Your access to our system shall be limited only for the purposes of submitting your responses, in accordance with the provisions of the PrivacyWall Privacy Notice.

Law and Jurisdiction
This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (“the Data Privacy Act of 2012”), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other pertinent Philippine laws. Any dispute relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the National Privacy Commission and courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated from these Terms and Conditions to the minimum extent necessary and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by the Commission.
